ALEJANDRO CHORIZO MAGNO
This chorizo comes as a large, fat sausage. Soft and squidgy, it is not as cured as others in the test (though is perfectly suitable for eating without preparation) and it does not have as intense a flavour,
CHORIZO LONGANIZA EXTRA PICANTE
This is a favourite. It comes as a long, curved sausage to cut into thin slices. Full of flavour, with an intense, paprika finish, it would it be delicious on its own or in a bean-based soup.
IBERICO CASERO
Soft and mild, but intense in flavour, you can really appreciate this quality Ibérico meat. Serve it on its own as tapas with some crusty bread or use it to cook huevos a la flamenco (eggs with ham and tomatoes).
