Spain4uk is responsible for:

• Promotion and marketing

Conditions in order to keep up the content quality:
• You must have at least two photos of your rental property
• You must have a text which describes your rental property
• Only short term rentals are accepted
• You must state a weekly rental price
• You must be a PRIVATE rental owner, and not an agent
• Max 3 properties
• Reciprocated Link to your personal web site FREE

Payment conditions:
• Payment is made one year in advance
• Any transfer fees are paid by payee!
• Payment is done by bank transfer or you may send a check
• Payment must be available in our account within 7 business days!
