How much does it cost?
Any property in Spain can be added to the database
and there will be a charge from £50.00
per year. Discounts are available for advertising more than one property.
How do I add a property to rent in Spain to the "to rent in Spain" database?
Fill in the online form on the site with details of your property.
You will then receive an email confirming that your property
has been added to the database and asking you to send six photographs
as an email attachment.
How do I get bookings from my advert?
Interested clients will contact you directly by e-mail from a
link in your advert. Remember to respond very quickly to any enquiries, as you are
probably not the only one being contacted.
What do I do now?
Think about your description, and take your time when you write
it, if you are not enthusiastic about your property then you
can't expect other people to get excited.
There
are thousands of home owners with rental accommodations in Spain.
So to get your
apartment / villa to stand out from the rest, it is very

Is the property suitable for children/disabled or the elderly.
The more information
you give, the less questions you are likely to receive. but
try not to become boring.
One suggestion is to give one paragraph giving an overall
description of location, views and proximity to the town
centre and beaches, and
another
describing
